| Our fees
Here, at George Butunoiu we apply the fixed fee approach. This means that the amount we charge for our services is calculated in accordance with the degree of complexity associated with each recruitment assignment, not the successful candidate’s salary package. This method has the advantage of both guaranteeing our objectivity, and, at the same time, that of enabling the Client to budget accurately for the work from the very beginning. Our minimum fee is € 12.000 / assignment. |
